Working with Christina was awesome! She helped me sell my home and purchase a new one. What I appreciated most was that her primary goal was for me to find a home I loved...not one I was just satisfied with. Throughout the entire selling/purchasing process she kept me informed, educated, answered every question thoroughly and in a timely manner, and I feel negotiated a good deal on my previous home. Christina worked hard to ensure my home was sold and I always felt a priority to her. I love my home so hope not to leave it, but if I ever do Christina is who I will call.

Christina Carlson is AMAZING! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area, building codes, and native plants, etc. No matter what we asked, she had an answer, and if she didn't, she found out and let us know. She gets things done. We have been in our new area for a little over a year, and she is still available to us for questions and help. Christina is professional, knowledgeable, and prompt, and I would not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone! 5 stars for Christina!!!

We went to Christina twice. The first time when we purchased our home and recently when we sold it. She is a a true professional and very knowledgeable. She goes above & beyond to help in all facets of the game. Don't waste your time looking for anyone else.

We were moving with my company from Colorado to Arizona and Christina was referred to by our Colorado Realtor we used to sell and buy 2 homes with there. Christina and I chatted several times prior to us coming down to look for homes and she was a wealth of information prior to actually meeting her. We scheduled a weekend to look at homes and Christina lined up several properties to review in a short amount of time, and even responded well to our last minute changes. We were able to put a contract on a home prior the morning before we flew back. She did a great job of showing us around the different communities and about AZ. She was also great at seeing things we did not look for in homes that may pose issues later. Prior to closing, she met the inspector for us and helped negotiate the correct fixes. In the end, we had a great experience with her and referred her to a relative word also moved to AZ. Highly recommended.

Christina was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Even though it was a long distance purchase, Christina kept us informed and worked with us closely to buy the property in which we were interested. She still helps us if we need it even though it has been 9 months since our purchase. I would definitely use her again to buy or sell.

I purchased a home in a suburb of Mesa, AZ with Christina's help and she was by far the best realtor I've had the pleasure of working with. I was introduced to her by a friend who had also purchased a home and was told she was excellent. I met Christina several times but did not live in the area and so when I was ready to purchase the property I relied on her expertise and bought the home sight unseen trusting her judgement. I was not disappointed as she presented the facts exactly and I was very pleased with the purchase. As a snowbird from ND she made the buying process seamless and anxiety free. I would highly recommend her to anyone ready to buy in the Phoenix/Mesa area!

My experience with Christina was great. She was very knowledgeable and available. She recommended a loan company and I had my approval rapidly. We found the house at Thanksgiving and I moved in 3 days after Christmas. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend to her all looking for new homes.
